WhatsApp Chat Button

Let customers chat with you directly from the product page. This is great for answering questions and closing sales.

How to Set Up

1. Add the WhatsApp block.
2. Phone Number: Enter your number (with country code, but no + sign).
   • Example: 15551234567 (for US +1 555-123-4567).
3. Default Message: This is the message that will be pre-filled for the customer.
   • Tip: Use {{ product.title }} to automatically include the product name.
   • Example: "Hi, I'm interested in {{ product.title }}. Is it available?"

Multiple Agents

If you have a support team, you can enter multiple phone numbers separated by commas. The system will randomly assign a number to each customer to distribute the workload.
