Frequently Bought Together (Bundle)

Increase your Average Order Value (AOV) by suggesting products that go well together. This feature is built-in, so you don't need expensive apps.

What is it?

A section on the product page that says "Buy Together and Save," allowing customers to add multiple items to their cart with one click.

How to Set It Up (3 Levels)

Level 1: The Easy Way (Global)

Show the same recommended products on every product page. Great for beginners.

1. In the Theme Editor, click the Bundle block.
2. Check Enable Fallback.
3. Select 2-3 products (e.g., your best-selling socks or cleaners).
4. Done! These products will now appear on every page.

Level 2: The Pro Way (Specific)

Show specific recommendations for each product (e.g., "Phone Case" for "iPhone 15").

1. In Shopify Admin, go to Settings > Custom data > Products.
2. Add a definition:
   • Name: Bundle Products
   • Namespace and key: custom.bundle_product_list
   • Type: Product (List of products)
3. Go to a product in your admin, scroll to the bottom (Metafields), and select the specific products to bundle.

Level 3: Automatic Discounts

Make the offer real (e.g., "Buy all 3, save 20%").

1. Go to Discounts in Shopify Admin.
2. Create an Automatic Discount (e.g., "Buy X get Y" or "Fixed amount off").
3. Note: The theme displays the bundle, but Shopify calculates the discount at checkout.
